Mr. Ahmed Bilal Soofi is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has done extensive work for improving legislation in Pakistan relating to Human Rights and International Humanitarian Legislation.

Dr. Manzar Abbas Zaidi is an advisor to the British High Commission. He has a PhD in Terrorism Studies and has published extensively on topics related to extremism, terrorism and radicalization. He has also taught at a prestigious British university on the subject.

For the second part of policy dialogue and round table discussion on “Cyber Crime, Pakistan and Future Scenarios”, the panel includes Mr. Mark Carroll (Liaison Prosecutor, British High Commission, Pakistan), Expert Representative of Lahore Forensic Science Authority and Expert Representative Cyber Crimes, Government of Pakistan. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Saeed Shafqat – Professor and Director CPPG.
