Dr. Amna Imam has Ph.D. in Policy, Planning and Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles. Her research interests include natural and built environment, sustainability, and inter-sectoral governance. Some of the research projects she worked on include: City of Inglewood Feasibility Study to Enhance Bus Transit Center Development, Downtown Inglewood, CA; Spatial Research on The Changing Demographic and Institutional Map of Los Angeles: Center for Religion and Civic Culture, University of Southern California; Issues of Water Resources in Bay-Delta Region of California, and Public Good Claims of Non Profit Organizations on those Issues; and Non Point Sources of Water Pollution in Urban Runoff for Different Cities of California. Her recent book coauthored with Eazaz A Dar is: Democracy and Public Administration in Pakistan (Boca Raton: CRC Press, Taylor & Francis, 2014).

 

Dr. Amna is with Central Superior Services (CSS) Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), Government of Pakistan since 1998. She has worked with the Government of Sindh and Government of Punjab and currently she is with the Civil Services Academy, Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) Campus, Lahore.
