Dr. Miles Toder holds PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has recently taken over as the USAID Provincial Director, Punjab. He is a Foreign Service officer with extensive experience of working in the democracy and governance area. He led USAID’s programs and represented US government in policy dialogue with the Government of Indonesia. Prior to this, he was Senior Governance Adviser to the USAID Mission to Iraq serving as Lead  pecialist on the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Anbar Province. His previous USAID work was in South Africa, Lusaka – Zambia, Zimbabwe, Poland, Afghanistan and Sudan.
