Dr. Daniel Haines is British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at Department of History, Royal Holloway, University of London. His doctoral research entitled “The State and Irrigation: The construction of barrage dams in twentieth century Sindh, Pakistan”. Currently he is working on a project called “Rivers divided: the Partition of South Asia and water politics in India and Pakistan”.

Dr. Douglas Hill is a Senior Lecturer in Development Studies, Department of Geography, University of Otago, New Zealand. He joined the University of Otago in 2006. Dr. Hill’s teaching and research is concerned with India where he has conducted extensive fieldwork for more than a decade. His current work is primarily concerned with Trans-boundary Water Resources in South Asia.

Mr. Feisal H. Naqvi is a leading corporate lawyer as well as litigator. He got his education from Yale Law School, New Haven, CT and Princeton University N.J. Since 1998, Mr. Naqvi is a partner with Bhandari, Naqvi and Riaz, a firm specializing in commercial and constitutional litigation. He was council on Indus Water Treaty for the Government of Pakistan.
