This study is co-authored by Dr. Saeed Shafqat and Ms. Maheen Saleem Khosa. It is an attempt to contribute to the literature that improves our understanding on the changing dynamics of electoral politics, violence, election administration and the prospects of democratization in Pakistan. The seminar will present the findings and recommendations of the study and invite comments from our panel of experts.
