The Centre for Public Policy & Governance (CPPG) in collaboration with National Institute of Historical & Cultural Research (NIHCR) organized a two day workshop titled “Social Science Theories, Research and the Enhancement of Social Knowledge” for social science faculty on March 1-2, 2010. The purpose of the workshop was to equip faculty members with social science theoretical frameworks’ informed research methods for knowledge creation. Additionally, the workshop was to serve as a vehicle to assess social science faculty training needs.
