Guest Speaker:

Mr. Adnan Rasool has Executive Masters in Public Policy from CPPG, Forman Christian College (A Chartered University). Currently he is a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) at the Department of Political Science, Georgia State University. His dissertation research focuses on the role that the bureaucracies and institutions play in transitions to and from democracy. He is a Student Innovation Fellow for 2016-2017 at the Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (CELT), Georgia State University. Recently, he was awarded the Taiwan Fellowship to conduct field research in Taiwan, Pakistan and Turkey.

His other research interests include survival of populist authoritarian regimes through bureaucracy and judiciary, regional organizations and designing online courses for interactive teaching use.
